Our Jewelry Making Process

• Design & CAD Prototyping Custom designs and 3D models are created to confirm structure, stone settings and dimensions.
• Wax Pattern & Casting Wax pieces are assembled into a wax tree. With lost‑wax casting, molten precious metal fills the cavity after wax removal.
• Bench Work & Stone Setting Artisans trim, repair and hand‑set gems with techniques like prong, bezel and pavé setting.
• Polishing & Surface Finishing Careful polishing brings out shine. Rhodium plating is available for anti‑oxidation and bright appearance.
• Marking & Quality Control Each piece is engraved with purity marks and checked rigorously before final cleaning and packaging.

Filigree, chasing, stamping and electroforming are available for unique jewelry.

We specialize in custom jewelry fabrication. Our full-service covers 3D data development, prototype making, casting, gemstone setting, hand finishing and quality checking. We support strict tolerance requirements and can arrange consolidated shipment upon request.
